Welcome to Sri Hari Cool Care. By booking our services or using this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1 Services Offered
Sri Hari Cool Care provides the following home appliance repair and maintenance services in Tirupati and nearby areas:
- AC installation, repair, gas filling, and annual maintenance contracts
- Washing machine repair (fully automatic and semi-automatic)
- Refrigerator and deep freezer repair
- Microwave oven servicing and repair
- Air cooler maintenance and repair
- Water dispenser installation, repair and servicing
- Doorstep service by trained, verified technicians
2 Booking & Confirmation
- Bookings can be made via phone call, WhatsApp, or our website contact form
- We will confirm your appointment before dispatching a technician
- Service visits are subject to technician availability in your area
- We aim to provide same-day or next-day service wherever possible
3 Pricing & Charges
- Service charges vary depending on the appliance type and nature of the issue
- A minimum inspection/visit charge may apply and will be informed before the visit
- Final repair charges will be discussed and confirmed before any work begins
- Spare parts, if required, will be charged separately at actual cost
- All prices are inclusive of labour unless stated otherwise
- Service charges are non-refundable once the service has been completed
Note: We believe in transparent pricing. No hidden charges — you will always know the cost before we start.
4 Payment Terms
We accept the following payment methods:
- Cash payment at the time of service
- UPI transfers (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM)
- Payment is due upon completion of the service
5 Cancellations & Rescheduling
- You may cancel or reschedule an appointment with at least 1 hour's advance notice
- No cancellation fee if informed on time
- Repeated no-shows may affect your ability to book future services
- We reserve the right to reschedule due to technician unavailability with prior notice
6 Warranty on Repairs
- Limited warranty only on replaced parts — applicable only when explicitly mentioned at the time of service
- No warranty is provided on used parts or customer-supplied parts
- Labour warranty is provided for 30 days from the date of service (unless specified otherwise)
- Warranty on spare parts depends on the manufacturer's guarantee
- Warranty is void if the appliance is tampered with, misused, or serviced by another party after our repair
- A valid invoice or service receipt must be produced for any service query or warranty claim
7 Liability Disclaimer
Sri Hari Cool Care is not liable for:
- Pre-existing damages or defects in the appliance before our visit
- Physical damage (drops, mishandling, or external impact) is not covered under warranty or service guarantee
- Damage caused by misuse, power fluctuations, or manufacturer defects
- Consequential or indirect losses arising from appliance breakdown
- Any issues arising after the warranty period has expired
8 Brand Disclaimer
Sri Hari Cool Care is an independent home appliance repair service provider. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by any appliance brand or manufacturer. All brand names, logos, and trademarks mentioned are for identification purposes only and remain the property of their respective owners.
9 Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10 Jurisdiction
All disputes, claims, or legal matters arising from our services or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh only.
